Casting - Top Tips

If we are casting in stone then we are all aware of some of the difficulties, what with have those dreaded air bubbles to deal with as well as getting the casting mix just right and finally those tine parts that have a tendency to break when we try to extract them, well here we will try to help you overcome the problems, especially if you have just started out.

Experience is everything but with a few tips we can lighten the load, by following the tips here you will be off to a flying start and even the most experienced modeler may find some great ways to get even better results.

Casting the perfect Casts
So we have mixed and poured but we still get those air bubbles, using a new method where we spray our moulds then cast in the normal way we can vastly improve our casts, so much so that you will never do it the old way again.
